Our Process

A Process Built Around Your Project

No two projects are exactly the same, but every project follows the same approach to communication, planning, fabrication, and installation. Our goal is to make the experience straightforward, organized, and easy to navigate from start to finish.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Send us photos, rough dimensions, and a few details about your project by phone, email, or through our quote form. This helps our team understand the scope of work and begin guiding you toward the right solution for your space.

Step 2: Budget Review

After reviewing your project information, we provide a preliminary quote based on the layout, materials, and overall project scope. We keep the process clear and straightforward, so you have a realistic understanding of pricing from the start.

Step 3: Site Visit & Planning

If the project moves forward, we schedule a site visit to confirm measurements, review design details, and finalize colours and materials. This step ensures everything is accurate before fabrication begins.

Step 4: Approval

Our team prepares a detailed CAD drawing for your review and approval before production starts. This allows you to confirm the layout, sizing, and overall design so there are no surprises during installation.

Step 5: Fabrication

Once approved, your project moves into fabrication at our Blumenort shop, where all railing and custom components are built in-house. Keeping fabrication internal allows us to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistent timelines.

Step 6: Installation

Our installation crews complete the project with a focus on precision, communication, and long-term durability. Most residential projects are installed within a few weeks of approval, while larger commercial timelines vary by scope.
